Shuttle Chef Recipe – Fishballs, Porkskin, White Radish & Omasum with Curry

Product: 1.8L Shuttle Chef (Outdoor) (TCRA-1800-GR)

White radish (peel and cut into pieces)
Curry sauce
Sliced ginger

1. Heat oil in the inner pot, add ginger slices and garlic until fragrant.
2. Put the fishballs, porkskin, white radish and omasum into the inner pot. Add the curry sauce, pour in hot water, mix well until boiling.
3. Put it into the outer pot, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Done.
