Declaration of Warranty

According to Thermos (Hong Kong) Company Limited warranty policy, warranty only valid for products sold from official channel in Hong Kong and Macau area. When making a claim, an original receipt will be needed as proof of purchase.

Our warranties start on the day of purchase. Please note below warranty period under normal usage:

* 1 Year warranty period for RPF-20 Shuttle Chef

  • Warranty is ONLY applying on the effectiveness of vacuum insulated function.
  • Warranty is not applicable if the damage is by the man-caused or unexpected power of natural disasters such as earthquakes.
  • Warranty is not applicable to all spare parts and metal parts, please check regularly.
  • Straws and spare parts are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygienic reason.
  • Plastic and silicone accessories are consumables, please check in a year time under normal use. Wear and tear are normal to these accessories, please contact us for purchasing new parts.
  • Warranty is not applicable to TRITAN Shaker bottle and TRITAN bottle, FOOGO series (except for the insulation layer of the vacuum flask body in the gift box set).
  • According to the warranty terms, customer shall drop off the product with quality claims together with purchasing receipt to any of the Thermos House for product inspection. Product inspection normally takes about 2 weeks, further follow up arrangements would be base on the inspection result. Product inspection does not consider as a guarantee of product exchange.
