Boiled vegetables with bonito sauce
Pumpkin pieces /80g
Concentrated bonito juice/3 tbsp
Method: Bring water and bonito juice to a small pot and bring to a boil. Add pumpkin pieces. Cover and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes. Add broccoli and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Ramen 100g (boiled in water to 8 mature)
2 green beans (cut diagonally)
Carrot shreds 15g
Method: Preheat the oil pan, add carrots and green beans, stir-fry in a little water, turn to low heat, add ramen noodles and add a tablespoon of bonito sauce with boiled vegetables.
Beef slices in braised sauce
4 slices of beef
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp water
Method: Preheat the oil wok and sauté beef slices until half-cooked. Light soy sauce, water, sugar and mix well to form seasonings. Add seasonings and stir well. Cook until the beef slices are cooked. Place them in the middle box of the insulated bento box
